They think she musta hit her head on something when she fell."
"No I don't believe you!" "You're lying to me!"
Reaction: I would say the exact same words as Jess and I'd feel the same way too. I feel sorry for Jess because he just met a person who had something in common with himand they became really close. Now all of that is gone. Now he has Terabithia to himself.

Leslie named their secret land "Terabithia," and she loaned Jess all her Narnia books, so he would know how things went in a magical
kingdom. Page 39/40

Reaction: Thats a good idea for Leslie and Jess to have a secret, magical kingdom just to themselves. It would make a great place to relax and have fun, just the two of them. It would also be great for Jess because he always has to do chores, he would get annoyed by his sisters, and he wouldn't even have privacy in his room( obviously he wouldn't have privacy there because he shares a room with this sister ). Now he
will only have privacy in his magical kingdom with his new best friend.

Wilbur never forgot Charlotte. Although he loved her children and grandchildren dearly, none of the new spiders ever quite took her place in his heart. She was in a class by herself. It is not often that someone comes along who is a true friend and a good writer. Charlotte was both. Page 184

Reaction: Its sad that Wilbur doesn't have Charlotte anymore because she died. She was his first friend ever since he moved to the Zuckerman's barn. Also, its a good thing that Wilbur NEVER forgot Charlotte, even though he loved her children and grandchildren, none of them would replace her in his heart. ♥
